Rather than checking student enrolment one contact at a time, you can see everyone enrolled in a course — and how they're progressing — from the course itself.
This course-level view is the fastest way to get a full picture of a single course: who's enrolled, when they started, how far they've progressed, and how recently they've logged in. It's especially useful for spotting students who haven't started, or who may need a check-in.
💡 Before you start: you'll need admin access to Courses and Analytics.
Viewing Course Enrolments and Progress
This view shows every student enrolled in a specific course, along with their progress at a glance.
Steps
From the Alvéya main menu, go to Courses.
Click on Analytics.
Select Course Progress.
Choose the course you want to see the enrolments for.
You'll land on a table showing every enrolled student, with the following columns:
Column | What it tells you |
The student's login email, so you can identify who's who. | |
Progress | A visual bar showing how far through the course they are, or Not Started if they haven't begun. |
Start Date | The date and time the student first began the course. |
Last Login | The most recent date and time they logged in, or Never if they haven't yet. |
Logins | The total number of times they've logged into the course. |
💡 Use the Search by email box to jump straight to a specific student instead of scrolling through the full list. You can also click any column heading to sort — for example, sorting by Last Login to find students who haven't logged in for a while.
Viewing an Individual Student's Detailed Progress
If you want more detail than the summary table gives you, click on a student's row to open their individual Member Progress view.
What you'll see
Their overall completion percentage and last login date.
A breakdown by category or pathway within the course, each with its own progress percentage.
Individual lessons or steps within each category, so you can see exactly where they've stalled or what they've completed.
💡 This detailed view is a great way to check in on a specific student — for example, if they've reached out asking for help with a particular section, you can see exactly what they've completed and what's still outstanding.
Why Use the Course-Level View
Checking progress from inside a contact's profile only shows you that one student. The course-level view flips this around — instead of going student by student, you see everyone enrolled in a course at once, which makes it much faster to spot patterns, low engagement, or students who might need extra support.
