Add a Bump Offer

A bump offer is a small add-on that appears on the checkout page — typically a checkbox that lets buyers add a complementary product to their order with a single click. It is one of the easiest ways to increase the value of each sale.

✨ This step is optional. If this is your first funnel, skip it and come back once everything else is working. A bump offer is easy to add at any time.

What makes a good bump offer

A bump offer works best when it is a natural, low-cost addition to what the buyer is already purchasing. It should feel like a helpful extra, not a hard sell.

  • Keep it low-cost relative to the main product — typically 10 to 25% of the main price.

  • Make it immediately useful — a workbook, a resource guide, a bonus session, or an extended support period all work well.

  • Write the bump offer copy in one or two sentences — what it is and why it is worth adding.

Setting up a bump offer product

Before you can add a bump offer to your order form, it needs to exist as a separate product in Payments > Products.

  1. Go to Payments > Products and click Create Product.

  2. Name the product and set it as a one-time price.

  3. Save the product.

Adding the bump offer to your order form

  1. Open your funnel and go to the Order Form tab.

  2. Similar to when you added the primary product to the page, Go to products and add your product but this time tick Bump Offer

  3. Click Edit Page and open the settings for your order form element.

  4. Look for the Order Bump Options or Order Bump section in the settings panel (usually right down the bottom of the settings)

  5. Enable the bump offer and select the product you just created.

  6. Enter a short headline and a one to two sentence description — keep it punchy and benefit-focused.

  7. Save.

💡 The bump offer appears as a highlighted checkbox just above the submit button. Buyers opt in with a single tick — the price is automatically added to their total. It is not shown as a separate product; it feels like a natural part of the checkout.

⚠️ Only offer a bump if you have something genuinely useful to add. A bump offer that feels like a filler or an afterthought can undermine trust at the most critical moment — right before a buyer completes their purchase.

Your order form is fully set up — Step 4 covers your thank you page and the optional upsell you can add after the purchase is complete.
