Before you start: Your product and prices must be set up in Payments > Products (Steps 2.1 and 2.2) before you can attach them here.
Attaching your product
Go to Websites & Funnels > Funnels and open your course funnel.
Click the Order Form tab/step from the list of pages on the left
Along the top, on the right side, Click Products, then add product.
Select your the product from the dropdown list.
Alvéya will then ask which prices to display. Select the price or prices you want buyers to see at this point in your launch — for example, your Webinar Special price if you are currently in the webinar promotion window.
Click Save or Confirm.
Opening the order form
Click Edit Page to open the page builder.
Click on the order form element — the block that contains the checkout form fields. A settings panel will appear.
Customise the titles throughout the order form and the colour of the buttons.
The product will only show in the published page, not in editing mode.
💡 You do not need to add all of your prices at once. Add only the ones that are currently active. When your early bird period ends or your pricing changes, come back here and update which prices are showing. The product stays the same — only the visible prices change.
Checking the live preview
Before moving on, it is worth previewing the order form to confirm your product and pricing are displaying correctly.
Click the Preview button in the page builder (usually a small eye icon or a Preview link).
Check that the product name appears correctly.
Check that the price or prices are showing as expected.
If you have multiple prices, check that the selection method (radio buttons or a dropdown) is working.
Confirm that the GST amount is shown correctly if applicable.
⚠️ If you see a blank order form or no product listed, double-check that you have saved your product in Payments > Products and that your tax settings have been attached. Refreshing the page builder after making changes in Payments sometimes helps.
