Go to:
Communities → Settings
Here you will see several sections:
• Domain
• Branding
• Permissions
• Email settings
Connect a Custom Domain (Optional)
You can create a custom domain or subdomain for your portal.
For example:
If you would like to do this, follow the Domain Setup Tutorial in the domain module.
Otherwise you can continue using the default Alvéya domain.
Customise Your Client Portal Branding
Inside the Branding section you can customise how your client portal appears.
You can set:
• Portal name
• Portal image (Canva Template)
• Logo & Favicon template
• Support email address
• Business name
• Copyright year
These settings control the overall appearance of the portal your clients will access.
Advanced users can also add custom CSS or JavaScript, but this is optional.
Once completed, click Save Settings.
Configure Portal Permissions
Next you can choose which features appear inside your client portal.
Go to:
Settings → Permissions
Here you can turn portal features on or off, including:
• Communities
• Courses
• Affiliates
• Billing and subscriptions
• Contracts
• Estimates
• File sharing
You can also choose the default landing page for your portal.
For example, members can land on:
• Communities
• Courses
• Affiliates
• Portal home page
Choose the option that best suits your program or membership.
Configure Portal Email Settings
Inside Email Settings you can customise the emails sent through your client portal.
You will find email templates for:
• Client portal notifications
• Course notifications
• Invoices
• Estimates
• Contracts
• Community notifications
Each template includes a default email, which you can edit or replace.
You can also enable or disable specific emails depending on your needs.
