Create Your Brand Identity Board

Set up your Brand Board in Alvéya — upload your logo and favicon, add your brand colours as HEX values, and set your heading and body fonts so emails, funnels, and pages stay consistent.

Your Brand Board is where you keep your business visuals consistent across emails, funnels, and website pages. It stores your logo, colours, and fonts — so every part of your client experience feels cohesive and professional.

Open the Brand Settings

  1. From your Alvéya dashboard, click Marketing in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Brand Boards then Add Brand Kit.

  3. This is where you'll upload your brand assets and set your global design defaults.

Option 1: Pull in your brand identity from your current website

Option 2: Manually input your brand identity

Step 1: Upload Your Logo and Favicon

  1. Under the Logos section, click Upload File to add your business logo.

  2. Use a transparent PNG file for the best results.

  3. Optional: upload your Favicon (the small icon that appears in browser tabs). Ideal size: 320 × 320 px, format: PNG or ICO.

Step 2: Add Your Brand Colours

  1. Click over to the Brand Colours section.

  2. Add your primary and secondary colour codes using HEX values (e.g. #07636E).

  • Primary Colour: your main brand colour (used for buttons, links, and key accents).

  • Secondary Colour: used for backgrounds, borders, and hover states.

  • Accent or Neutral Shades: optional supporting tones like greys or soft neutrals.

Step 3: Set Your Fonts

  1. In the Typography section, choose your Heading Font and Body Font.

  2. You can select from the available font library or use Google Fonts for custom options.

💡 Choose fonts that reflect your brand personality — for example, modern sans-serifs for a fresh, professional feel, or soft serifs for a more nurturing look.

FAQ

Q: Can I use different brand boards for multiple businesses or locations?

Yes! You can create separate sub-accounts in Alvéya — each with its own logo, colours, and brand preferences.

Q: Do brand settings update existing emails or funnels automatically?

Not retroactively. Your brand settings apply to new templates and pages created after saving your Brand Board.
