Customise Your Colours and Images

A simple change of colours and images can make the template align with your brand

Your template comes pre-styled with placeholder colours and stock images. This step is where you make it yours — swapping in your brand colours and images across all three funnel pages so the whole checkout experience feels consistent and professional.

Written Instructions are below the video

Before you start

Have your brand colours handy in hex format (e.g. #07636E) or create your Brand Board to easily select them each time and your images ready to upload — ideally resized and exported before you begin. Check our SEO guide for optimal sizing of images
A hero image, a photo of yourself for any bio sections, and any course-specific imagery are the most common needs.

Customising Template Colours

Written instructions:

The Alvéya™ page builder lets you edit individual elements by clicking on them directly on the page. Colours and images are set at the element level — meaning you click a background, section, button, or image block and change it from there.

You will need to work through all three funnel pages separately: the sales page, the order form, and the thank you page. The good news is that once you have done one, the process is identical for the others that you want to create in the future.

Updating brand colours

Section and background colours

  1. Open the page builder for your sales page (Funnels > your funnel > Sales Page tab/step > Edit Page).

  2. Click on a coloured section or background to select it. A settings panel will appear on the left or right side.

  3. Look for the Background or Background Colour option in the panel - usually at the bottom of the panel.

  4. Click the colour swatch and enter your hex code, or pick from the colour picker.

  5. Repeat for each coloured section down the page.

Button colours

  1. Click on a button element to select it.

  2. In the settings panel, find Button Style or Button Colour right down the bottom.

  3. Update the background colour and the text colour to match your brand.

  4. Check that the button text is readable — high contrast between button background and text is important.

Text colours

  1. Click on a text element to select it.

  2. Highlight the text you want to recolour.

  3. Use the text formatting toolbar to change the colour.

💡 Work top to bottom through each section. It is easy to miss a section if you jump around. A consistent pass from top to bottom means nothing gets overlooked.

Updating and adding images

Replacing a hero or background image

  1. Click on the image or background image section you want to replace.

  2. In the settings panel, click on the existing image thumbnail or the Change Image option.

  3. Click Upload to add a new image from your computer, or select one you have already uploaded to your Alvéya media library.

  4. Once uploaded, click to select it and confirm.

  5. Adjust the image position if needed — most sections let you set the focal point so the most important part of the image stays centred.

⚠️ Large image files can slow down your page load time. Before uploading, resize your images to a maximum of 1500px wide for a background imageand export them as JPG (for photos) or PNG (for graphics with transparency). A good target file size is under 500KB per image.

Replacing an inline image (e.g. a bio photo)

  1. Click the image element directly on the page.

  2. In the settings panel, click Replace Image or click the current image thumbnail.

  3. Upload your image or select from your media library.

⚠️ Large image files can slow down your page load time. Before uploading, resize your images to a maximum of 900px on the longest side and export them as JPG (for photos) or PNG (for graphics with transparency). A good target file size is under 250KB per image.

Apply the same changes to your order form and thank you page

Once your sales page looks right, open the Order Form tab and then the Thank You Page tab and repeat the same process for each. These pages do not need to be as detailed as the sales page — just make sure the core colours and any images are consistent.

  • Order form — update the background colour, button colour, and any header or banner sections.

  • Thank you page — update the background, any images, and the button or CTA if there is one.

💡 It does not need to be perfect right now. Get the core colours and your key images in place, then come back and polish once everything is connected and working. A clean, on-brand page is the goal — not a flawless one before you have even launched.
