Now you can create the webinar funnel that will manage your registration, webinar delivery and follow-up.
Go to:
Sites → Webinars
Click New Webinar Funnel.
You will now complete the webinar setup.
1. Choose Your Webinar Type
Select the format you want to use.
Live Webinar
A real-time presentation scheduled for a specific date and time.
On-Demand Webinar
A pre-recorded webinar that attendees can watch anytime after registering.
2. Enter Webinar Details
Add the basic information for your event.
For Live Webinars, you will set:
Webinar name
Timezone
Date
Time
For On-Demand Webinars, you only need:
Webinar name
No date or time is required for on-demand webinars.
3. Select Your Registration Form
Next, choose the form that will capture your registrations.
From the dropdown list, select the form you created in Step 1.
When someone submits this form:
A contact is added to your CRM
The webinar automation begins
Reminder emails and SMS are triggered
4. Add Your Webinar Video or Streaming Link
The final step depends on your webinar type.
For Live Webinars
Enter the link to your webinar platform.
Examples include:
Zoom
YouTube Live
WebinarJam
You will need to setup/schedule the meeting first before it generates the link
Alvéya will embed this link on the webinar broadcast page.
Note: Alvéya manages the registration, automation and follow-up.
The live video itself is delivered through your streaming platform.
For On-Demand Webinars
Upload or select your recorded webinar video.
Supported formats include:
MP4
MOV
AVI
Once uploaded, your video will automatically play on the webinar broadcast page after someone registers.
