Before creating your webinar funnel, you need a form to collect registrations.
Go to:
Sites → Forms
Inside your account you will find two options:
Option 1: Use the Alvéya Template Form
Inside the Forms Template Folder we have provided a webinar registration form.
If you use this template:
Locate the template form
Click Clone
Rename the form for your webinar
Cloning the form ensures you have a clean version for each webinar.
Do not edit the original template.
Option 2: Use the "Add Form" Template
When creating a "+ new form", you will also see an Alvéya template available in the template library.
You can select this and customise it for your webinar.
Your form should include at minimum:
First name
Email address
Optional fields may include:
Phone number
Consent checkbox
Once your form is ready, save and publish it.
You will select this form when creating your webinar funnel.
