SEO simply means helping search engines like Google understand your post so the right people can find it. A minute or two on these settings before publishing can make a real difference to how many people discover your writing.
Before publishing, open the post's SEO settings and check:
URL slug
This is the last part of the post's web address. Keep it short and descriptive, like /managing-stress-naturally. If your post title is long and it has added the entire title as the slug, shorten it down to 2-3 words.

Meta title and description —
This what appears in search results.
There are optimal lengths for both the meta title and description so try to stick to these:
Meta Title: 50-60 Characters long.
Meta Description: 150-160 characters long (even though it allows up to 220) with the first sentence being the most visible to user but the whole length can be seen by search engines.
Keywords — a few words or phrases your ideal client might type into Google when looking for this topic.
⚠️ Once a post is live, avoid changing its URL slug. If the address changes, any links you have already shared — in emails, on social media, or elsewhere — will stop working.
💡 Think of one question a client has asked you recently, and write your post as the answer. Posts that answer real questions are exactly what search engines love to show.
Your post is now set up to be found by the very people searching for what you do.
Next in the playbook: Publish or schedule your blog post.
