Changing what appears for the {{location.name}} custom value

Any Custom value that is called {{location.name}} pulls from the name you have in the Settings of your Alvéya account.

You can either change it in your account settings -> Business Profile -> Friendly Business Name (Recommended)

Or replace the custom field by typing it in manually each time, click into the text box and replace that Custom Field with your Business Name.
