The structure:
Modules (folder icon) — your main sections or weeks. Give each one a clear name.
Lessons — the individual content pieces inside each module. Add them using the Add Lesson button. Each lesson can be a standard lesson, quiz, assessment, or credential.
Sub-modules — an optional layer inside a lesson when you need to break a topic into multiple distinct parts.
Module publishing options:
Draft — not visible to students yet.
Published — live and accessible.
Locked — visible but not accessible until you unlock it manually.
Drip — unlocks automatically after a set number of days, or on a specific date. Configure this inside the module settings.
Inside each lesson:
Upload your video (up to 4GB) or audio (up to 2GB), or embed from YouTube or another URL if your file is larger or already hosted elsewhere.
Add a lesson thumbnail, downloadable resources, and written content below the video (summaries, transcripts, notes).
Use the Preview button (top right) to see exactly what your students will see.
💡 Navigate between lessons using the left panel to copy and paste content without going back to the main course view each time.
💡 To reorder modules or lessons, hover over the item, click and hold the grid of dots, and drag it into position.
⚠️ Students can only see content that is set to Published. Check every module and lesson before you send anyone to the course.
