Once your calendars are set up, you can make them bookable directly from your website. Depending on your setup, you can either:
Embed a single calendar → for one service or appointment type.
Embed a service menu → to display a list of multiple services in one booking page.
Step 1: Get Your Link or Embed Code
Log into Alvéya.
Go to Settings → Calendars.
Select either a Calendar (for a single service) or a Service Menu (to group multiple services).
Copy the Booking Link or Embed Code.
Step 2: Embed as a Widget (Full Page Display)
Open your website editor (e.g., Squarespace, WordPress, Showit).
Add a Code/Embed Block to the page where you want the booking calendar to appear.
Paste the Embed Code from Alvéya.
Save and publish your page.
👉 Use this option if you want the calendar or service menu to appear fully on a page within your website rather than a link that opens a new browser tab.
Step 3: Add as a Button or Link (Optional)
Instead of embedding, you can simply link to the booking page.
Example: Add a "Book Now" button on your homepage.
Paste the Booking Link into the button settings.
Clients will be redirected to the booking page (single service or service menu).
👉 Use this option if you want a clean look without embedding the full calendar on your site.
Step 4: Test the Booking Flow
Visit your live website.
Click the button or use the embedded calendar/service menu.
Make a test booking to confirm the booking form works correctly, the booking appears in your calendar, and notifications are sent to both you and the client.
Troubleshooting
Booking form not showing? Double-check you pasted the correct embed code.
Layout looks off? Adjust the width/height settings in your website editor.
Mobile display issues? Consider using the Booking Link instead of embed for a smoother mobile experience.
