Forms will help you capture information about contacts that fill out and submit the form.
Option 1 - View all submissions
In order to view all responses or who has filled in the form, start by navigating to "Websites & Funnels" > "Forms" (at the top of the screen) > "Submissions".
You will be able to filter or search through form submissions and view the information that was provided on a particular form submission.
Option 2 - View a form in the contacts profile
Navigate to contacts and search for the contact you wish to see the form for
In the left hand side pane, you will see the forms you have availlable, click on the form you wish to view and the answers will appear there.
